01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or engaging Smart Remote Support for IT services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Agreement: These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the client) and Smart Remote Support. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with updates taking effect upon posting.

02 Our Services

Smart Remote Support provides remote IT troubleshooting, infrastructure management, and technical consulting. Our services are subject to the following limitations:

  • We cannot guarantee the resolution of issues caused by hardware failure, end-of-life software, or third-party service outages.
  • We act as a consultant and technical aid; we are not responsible for the underlying stability of software or equipment owned by the client.
  • Service availability is subject to our operating hours as published on our website or communicated during intake.

03 Client Responsibilities

To ensure effective support, the client agrees to:

  • Maintain regular backups of all critical data. Smart Remote Support is not responsible for data loss.
  • Provide accurate information regarding the technical issue and network environment.
  • Supervise remote sessions to ensure appropriate access and privacy.
  • Ensure that all software licenses are valid and legally obtained.

04 Fees & Payment

Services are billed based on the agreed-upon rates. The following payment conditions apply:

  • Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in a service contract.
  • Late payments may result in the suspension of support services until the account is brought current.
  • We reserve the right to change our service rates with 30 days' notice for existing recurring clients.

05 Confidentiality

We handle your business information with the highest degree of care. During our engagement, we may have access to confidential business data and credentials. We agree to:

  • Keep all client data strictly confidential.
  • Not disclose or use client data for any purpose other than providing IT support.
  • Securely handle all passwords or access keys provided to us during the term of our service.

06 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Smart Remote Support shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from our services.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific support session or service package in dispute.
  • We are not liable for third-party software, hardware, or service interruptions that are outside of our direct control.

07 Termination

Either party may terminate the support relationship at any time by providing written notice. In the event of termination:

  • All outstanding invoices must be paid in full immediately.
  • We will cease all access to your systems and delete stored credentials associated with your account.

08 Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Smart Remote Support operates. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the appropriate courts within that jurisdiction.
