Smart Remote Support offers remote IT assistance, troubleshooting, software configuration, and other related services. All support is provided on a best-effort basis unless otherwise stated in a service-level agreement.
2. Payment Terms
All services must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually, and one-time support sessions are billed per incident.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information and timely access to their systems when required. Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information may affect the support outcome and timeframe.
4. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. We do not guarantee that all technical issues can be resolved remotely.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Clients may cancel subscription plans at any time. Refunds for one-time services are issued only if no service was rendered. Subscription refunds are pro-rated based on usage.
6. Emergency Support
Emergency sessions are handled as quickly as possible, but Smart Remote Support cannot guarantee immediate availability outside regular business hours unless prior arrangements have been made.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of those changes.
